He started manufacturing and marketing moulded & extruded rubber products in Faridabad. At the time when Gowell was born, the automobile industry started witnessing a boom. It was his wise investment in infrastructure that made him and the Company ride the high tide as the demand emanating from industrial outfits seemed never ending.
Today, Gowell has not one but two large plants in sector 57 & 59, Ballabgarh, Faridabad - spread over a cumulative 30,000 sq. ft. of space and a combined installed capacity of 2500 ton per annum.The sales turnover too has been growing over the years and stands today at Rs 900 million. Both plants are IATF 16949:2016 certified.
Both plants are connected directly from feeders for uninterrupted power supply, plants also have 24 hour power back up with generators.

When it comes to automotive OEM market, Gowell is again a name to reckon with.
The Company has invested heavily in research & development (R&D) activities as well. There is a fully equipped laboratory with latest, state-of-the-art testing machines. Not to forget the trained personnel manning these advanced equipments. There has been a major diversification in the product portfolio which has expanded to include all rubber parts – be it natural rubber or synthetic rubber – like Nitrile, EPDM, Butyl, Neoprene, ACM, CSM, Silicone and FKM rubber.
MINDA, SANDHAR,TENNECO,MUNJAL SHOWA,ENDURANCE,HITACHI ASTEMO(globally),VENUS,INDICATION,AUTOLEK are some names of repute amidst its client list. Along with the automotive industry, Gowell has set its footprint in other industry verticals also, including light commercial starter motors, telecommunications and agriculture.
